About Our Academy

The Skegness Academy opened on 1 September 2010, replacing the predecessor St Clements College. It provides 11-19 education for up to 1190 pupils, including 340 post-16. The Academy occupies a large site with extensive sports facilities and green space.

  • Today our UNICEF Ambassadors took part in a UNICEF World Children's Day conference. They met as delegates, listened to guest speakers and made an action plan for 2025. They were very inspired and have lots of exciting plans for next year Keep checking Facebook for updates on their work.

  • We will be participating in a Christmas Day at the Skegness Academy on... Thursday 12 December 2024 Students can wear a Christmas jumper or a Christmas accessory, such as hair accessory, earrings etc. Christmas Jumpers can be worn instead of their blazers, but students must wear their shirt and tie. Students are also expected to wear their school trousers or skirt and black smart footwear. Students will be asked for a donation of £1.00 which will be collected on the gates as they arrive to school and during line up.
