We have a varied and broadening offer within performing arts at Skegness Academy. We currently offer Dance, Drama and Music within our Performing Arts curriculum allowing students to develop a wide knowledge of different performance disciplines.

As students progress through school and approach key stages four and five they will have the opportunity to opt for Performing Arts as an option and within this can specialise in Dance or Acting.

We also offer a number of different extra-curricular opportunities that will inspire and engage students. As part of key stage four and five courses students have the opportunity to visit and undertake workshops at the Move It vocational exhibition in London, amongst others venues. These are valuable experiences which enable students to gain insight to the opportunities available in higher education. Our most notable successes include the annual performances that we have to offer including a Pantomime, Dance Showcase and End of Year Show.
